10 strict handstand push-ups / sub with DB press
15 strict ring dips / sub with box dips
20 strict push-ups (NO bounce)
45 strict pull-ups / sub with ring rows

35min time cap!


5 sets of the following complex:

High hang Power clean+ hang power clean + power clean + jerk

High hang Squat clean+ hang squat clean + squat clean + split

* don't drop the bar the entire set

* increase weigh each set
