6 rounds for total reps, of:

1 minute of pull-ups
1 minute of SDHP 40/25kg

Weightlifting

1. 5 sets of: 2 position squat clean (1 mid thigh, 1 floor).

2. 5 sets of: 2 clean pulls (100% from 1RM clean).
