-35 strict chest to ring pull-ups (10min)

-30 strict ring dips (12min)

-500 flutter kicks (5min)

StrongmanWOD (10am)

5 rounds, each for time, of:

10 DB snatch (alternating)

5 bar-muscle ups / jumping bar muscle ups

*go as heavy as possible on the DB, but remember this should be a fast set!
