Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
115-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 reps
10 burpees, jumping over the barbell



Anterior/posterior Pelvic Tilt chest to wall 3 sets X 20-40 reps

HS Scapular Retraction/protraction 2 X 10-30 reps

HS Chest to wall Scissor Legs 3 sets X 10 reps

AMSAP free HS 3 sets

Strict muscle ups

Strict muscle ups 3 sets X 1-3 reps

3-4 super sets of:

Chest to bar pull ups

Ring dips
