Free handstand:

in a 10 min practice, go up very close t o the wall, press yourself away from the ground and stay hollow – trying to touch the ceiling with your toes… you'll find yourself drifting from the wall into a free handstand. now try to maintain it!

In couples,12min AMRAP:

5 Hang power clean
3 push-Jerk

*1 bar for boath movements

**medium weight!


October Pull-ups

5 sets of 5-10 strict pull ups / banded


Snatch grip push press behind the neck 5*2

High hang power snatch 7*2

3 positions snatch grip dead lift (pause 3 sec each position) 5*2
