Burgener warm-up (all the way down to a squat snatch)


3 rounds for time of:
35-lb. dumbbell shoulder presses, 30 reps
35-lb. weighted pull-ups, 20 reps
strict ring dips, 10 reps

*20min time cap


5 rounds, each for time, rest as needed between rounds:

5 Twin KTB snatch 24/16kg

10 DB snatch (alternating)  35/20kg

10 box jump overs 30"/24"
