for FUN :)

In circles of up to 8 people, with music on:

move a medball around from one athlete to the other.

when the music stops, the athlete with the medball in hand performs 5 med ball cleans.

-

move a medball around from one athlete to the other for 3min.

every 30sec add another medball.

if the group dropes a medball, everybody performs 5 burpees & continue from where they stoped.
