WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
Then 3 rounds of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

Strongman

for time:

15 burpees

5 Deadlifts 140/100kg

5 squat cleans 90/50kg

*best of 4 attempts

*rest as needed between sets

Endurance

same as WOD!
